Kuchipudi village
Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh. Other names: Kuchelapuram, Kuchilapuri, Kuchennapoodi. The Hindu recorded a 17th-century land grant to the Bhagavathulu by Abul Hasan Tana Shah of Golconda. The village still hosts a college named for Siddhendra Yogi under Telugu University.
